Wow, what a crazy year. Personally, I've come out the other side of a huge transition. I took some time off to heal, reflect, and figure out what my intentions are for 2026.
So, how do we lean into all of the discord in this world? I can tell you how I survive turbulent times: music! It's always been my therapy, whether it's listening to it or performing. I hope you all find your own personal “therapy” this year, and don't forget to hug your loved ones, be kind to your neighbors, and continue to shine.
